About our partner On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).
C&A is on a journey to put data at the heart of its decision making across the organisation, leveraging data to deliver insight which focuses on problem areas within the business to deliver maximum value and return on investment. The Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence (BICoE) will be key to this journey, delivering solutions in the fields of data warehousing, reporting and business intelligence. What you'll be doing We're looking for a highly skilled BI Professional with MicroStrategy experience who wants to contribute to the growth of one of the world's largest fashion retailers.
You'll join a team of seasoned MicroStrategy professionals with scope to expand into all areas of the platform and business.You will be working on a number of exciting and innovative projects as well as shaping our day to day operations.You are responsible for analyzing the various complex BI requirements from the various business unitsIn the course of the change to an agile organization, you will independently develop reporting solutions as an integral part of an agile teamYou are responsible for the development of all MicroStrategy objects - from schema objects to dossiersWith Microstrategy, you will design Schema objects and public objects, such as attributes, facts, logical views, metrics, filters, prompts, custom groups, and consolidations. Plus develop MSTR datasets, reports, dashboards & dossiers. What you'll bringYou have successfully completed a degree in information technology, business informatics or economics, have a comparable education or have relevant professional experience.You have experience in the business intelligence environment with MicroStrategy.Experience with Object Manager. Creating and deploying MicroStrategy packages (nice to have)Strong SQL skills and ability to fine tune the performance issues using SQL.HTML Basic knowledgeExperience in data warehouse architecture and Snowflake is nice to haveYou are highly motivated and strive to provide your colleagues and customers with data and knowledgeYou have already gained practical experience in the field of agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM or Kanban)You work independently and proactively, are empathetic, able to deal with conflict and have organizational skills, attention to detail and assertivenessFluent English skills, German is an assetWhat we offer
