Your role will focus on developing technical intensity-focused solutions, enhancing technical skills and enablement, and leading global strategic planning. You will also promote sales enablement across the organization, providing regional support and guidance to implement sales plays and product marketing efforts with a technical perspective. Your broad technical knowledge of the Microsoft solution portfolio, along with a deep understanding of Microsoft-funded programs and incentives, will be crucial. You will serve both external and internal customers.Key Responsibilities:Global Strategy and Collaboration:Develop and implement global Microsoft practice and GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing and services organizations.Drive the growth of global Microsoft cloud revenue, design and facilitate goal setting, and manage regional targets in coordination with finance.Lead community leadership initiatives for regional strategists.Sales and Revenue Growth:Transform sales motions to focus on solution selling and cloud-first approaches.Partner with finance to build monthly Microsoft cloud forecasts, aligning strategic plans to exceed targets.Inspire and guide services teams to build offers that achieve Microsoft-set goals and drive profitability.Technical Training and Certification:Participate in Microsoft trainings with a focus on technical intensity, achieving certifications within specialized solution areas.Performance Optimization:Identify issues and implement actionable recommendations to ensure optimal Microsoft cloud growth and performance across various business segments, including sales, marketing, support, and services.Participate in technical releases and provide recommendations for Microsoft reporting in partnership with the data team for QBRs.Regional Insights and Governance:Provide regional insights into performance.Build governance around meeting revenue targets and assist regions in developing correction of error plans if target attainment is at risk.What we need to see from youExperience:Minimum of 5 years in Microsoft Sales, preferably in IT Channel Sales or technical sales.2 years plus in technical strategic planning and support.At least 2 years in account management, including quote-to-cash process experience.Technical Proficiency:Expertise with Microsoft cloud products: Data & AI
