For a prestigious client, that provides intelligent fastening solutions, we are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst with a strong experience in Quality Inspection / Non conformance.Location: BARCELONAMain duties:Analyze and evaluate current quality processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure, test, and implement D365 FO modules related to quality processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user guides and training materials.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights for quality and non-conformance optimization.
Coordinate with cross-functional team including IT, operations, procurement, quality, logistics and sales, to ensure seamless integration of D365 FO solutions.
Assist in the design and implementation of quality dashboards and reports using D365 FO and other BI tools.
Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of D365 FO quality and non-conformance modules.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating closely with technical team to resolve any disruptions in supply chain operations.
Stay up to date with the lates D365 FO updates, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to maximize system capabilitiesSpecial duties This position can involve up to 10% travel related to the ERP rollout over the next 4-5 years as well as traveling to SwitzerlandResponsibilities and competencies Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a related field.
Experience working with D365 FO Knowledge of Quality and Non-Conformance processes Knowledge in the different types of quality inspections plans e.g.
Skip-Lot etc.
Used to work within a team, independently and hands on Analytical thinking, structured and good communication skills.
