Job Function: Sales
The role: As a Microsoft CSP Program Manager, you will:
Develop and Execute Sales Programs:Create and implement SMC/CSP sales programs based on market opportunities and service capacities.Aim to exceed SMC/CSP sales targets and drive profitable customer acquisitions, cross-selling opportunities, and churn prevention.Manage Sales Programs:Oversee end-to-end management of SMC/CSP sales programs.Support and drive automated, intelligent lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer acquisitions.Leverage Microsoft Funding:Identify opportunities to utilize Microsoft pre- and post-sales funding for services.Collaborate closely with Microsoft and internal marketing, sales, and services teams to generate demand among existing and new customers.Monitor performance and results on a short- and mid-term basis.Integrate Microsoft Programs:Align Microsoft programs and their sales strategies to accelerate growth and maximize sales impact.Reporting and Communication:Report to the Regional Microsoft Alliance Lead.Provide consistent and relevant materials for business reviews with Microsoft teams.Support Market Reputation:Assist countries in building their reputation in their respective markets.Develop and maintain public success stories and other public materials.What we need to see from you:Experience:Minimum of 2 yearsKey Skills:Experience with sales program management.Proficiency in handling projects in a multicultural environment.Expertise in sales and marketing strategy development.Strong execution skills, solution portfolio management, and Microsoft program integration.Excellent communication skills.Desired Attributes:Proven ability to develop and manage successful sales programs.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What we have to offer:Here at SoftwareOne we encourage autonomy and thinking outside the box - and we can't wait to hear your new ideas!
