Updating and maintaining the existing environment, tracking vendor development lifecycle, and implementing in our environment Playing a leading role in digital workplace projects Provision of international 3rd Level Support, as well as documentation of the Digital Workplace Platform Being an expert in the digital workplace and committed to delivering the best digital experience to end-users Strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Platform and associated technology stack - Office 365, PowerShell, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
