As a Microsoft 365 Functional Administrator, you inspire customers to achieve their goals with Microsoft Productivity solutions and help them translate their way of working into solutions within Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot. You are able to think up the solution, explain it, and set it up together with colleagues. In addition, you support the customer with training, workshops, and life cycle management. You help customers to increase the adoption of the Microsoft platform. You will also take the lead in the further development of our Microsoft Productivity portfolio.
