.Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior District Manager (DM) for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead our efforts in the Pacific Northwest District, which encompasses Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Northern California, and Alaska.
This position is field-based.

Key Responsibilities As a Senior District Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Business Director (RBD).
You will help the Rare Disease Account Executives (RDAEs) adopt a competitive, patient-focused mindset, based on strong marketplace understanding.
In collaboration with the RBD, you will help sales teams prioritize the greatest opportunities and drive performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products within the Johnson & Johnson portfolio.
This includes developing a district vision and cultivating a high-performance team culture to achieve sales quotas.
Strategic Business Planning: Shape and implement business strategies including designing local ecosystem strategic plans and account level strategies, while managing operations within assigned budgets and ensuring plans align with overall strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with internal partners (e.G., Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence) and external stakeholders to inform brand strategy and drive business results.
Customer Engagement: Effectively engage with key influencers (KOLs, C-suite executives) to advocate for our product offerings.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales specifically selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products to licensed healthcare professionals.
Valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate
