Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Customer technical representatives, Homologation bodies), guaranteeing together with suppliers and integrators the validation of brake functional and technical performances at product level (from sizing calculations, equipment choice, test benches, line tests). You'll specifically take care of ensuring creation, durability and evolution of design standards (software, methods, components database).We'll look to you for:Define brake functional equipment/component technical specifications (sizing, performances, reliability, certification plan and requirements, etc.)Specify and validate brake equipment/components endurance tests, either at test-bench or in line.Make live the interfaces with stakeholders for equipment and components redesign, providing prompt feedback and managing issues solution.Secure Alstom standards compliance for components design and redesign, including DFQ and V-Cycle.Follow-up the product validation process and prepare those required technical reports to trace the achieved performances.Participate to technological watch in his area together with brakes buyers, component suppliers, laboratories and technology partners.Manage the product certification and homologation dossiers.Ensure the creation of database of standardized design solutions and validation processes.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
