¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Self-development of leadership skills and training of team leaders, managers, and directors.
Learning of Lean techniques, tools, methods, and attitudes (A3, Obeya, Kaizen, 5S).
Gemba preparation.
Support and coaching of team leaders and managers to use lean tools.
Steering the deployment of projects and new complex processes (takt time, pull flow, andon, for example).
Support Team Leaders and Managers in collecting data to follow the impact of initiatives and assist with board preparation.
Support/assistance of directors to maintain/update their Obeya by raising problems from the field.
Work comfortably in the workshop with the teams of the factory.
Available to travel.
¿Qué buscamos?
Industrial Engineer or similar with knowledge in methods and processes.
Experience is not required.
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and tools like Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving, and Visual Management.
English indispensable minimum C1.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
