(Mi-010) - Business Analyst-It

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
Key responsibilities: Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process; Communicate with local business internal/external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users; Cooperate with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems; Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests; Understand the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
Profile: Bachelor degree or above, fluent English and Chinese speaking, Spanish is a plus; Excellent logical judgement, communication and organization skills; Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Structured and goal-oriented attitude; Analytical, curious and proactive mindset.
