What are we looking for? We are looking for an intern that can join our Growth Team where you will be able to help the team analyze the main departments of the company, optimize and improve processes, and help the team achieve the company goals.
You will implement improvements of the daily activities of the departments, elaborate reporting documents, among other activities.

We need you to have: Studies in Engineering, Economics or similar.High level of Excel (VBA would be a Plus).High level of English (all our reports must be in English, so it will be part of your workday).An analytical mind, feel comfortable with numbers, databases & tables.A strong team-work spirit.We want you to enjoy learning: Jointly perform ad hoc analysis with the team to improve our operational efficiency by ensuring we always deliver the best service possible to our customers.Help with the constant improvement of our commercial operating model to scale our processes, upgrade the customer experience, and boost service levels efficiently.Support with the implementation of process improvements and tool/playbook development for our local commercial team.Support the sales team to ensure the correct achievement of the objectives set.Work jointly with the Product team to improve our commercial processes to equip the team with the best tools to achieve their goals.Elaborate and update daily/weekly reporting dashboards to improve decision making.What's in it for you?
