We are responsible for Transport Equipment, Site Parts, and Service & Inbound Distribution Operating Models enabling the most optimal execution and timely delivery to our customers while defining the cost-outs with a focus on safety and quality.Operations Lead Responsibilities:Regional demand management, planning and scheduling of Site Parts deliveries and Transport Equipment Returns, adjusting plans based on customer needs, supply chain, and market disruptions.Regional Point of contact for internal stakeholders within COO and Construction areas and key Strategic Partners.Responsible for Strategic Partnership Operating Models implementation within NCE/MED region according to established development plans and roadmaps.Responsible for regional input to Global Procurement to enable Master Rate Sheet setup with key Strategic Partners.Provide regional input towards Global SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and own regional SOP appendixes.Qualifications:Must hold an educational background within relevant areas (e.G., Logistics, Supply Chain Development, Operations Planning).Solid experience and proven results in working with complex supply chains in a global environment and/or large Logistics Service Providers.Experience/competencies within key account management and partnership management would be beneficial.Experience in process, tools, and systems development & implementation in large international organizations.Competencies:Solid analytical/investigative skills.Should have a motivated mindset with the ability to problem-solve and navigate in a complex environment.Good stakeholder management skills.Established communication skills at all levels in the organizations.Ability to prioritize tasks and make confident decisions.What We Offer:We offer you an exciting job with great opportunities for both professional and personal development within the sustainable energy solutions industry.
