From MC Headhunting we are looking for a CFO for an important digital company:FUNCTIONS:- Drive the company's finance planning.- Support the Management in the construction of strategic business plans for the most efficient management of resources.- Lead the process of designing and building the financial structure and optimum business model to support our international expansion plans.- Lead the negotiation with financial institutions to ensure the financing of the company in the short and medium term.- Develop high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors,ensuring their alignment with short term and long term objectives.- Improve the cash conversion cycle through better management of and reporting on inventory, accounts payable, and credit and collections.- Manage the treasury optimizing liquidity and the credit lines.- Full ownership of the company's business plan and budget development.- Develop a cash flow projection process and reporting to ensure adequate capital for operating needs.- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports and governmental agency reports.Ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.- Monitor the spending budget and income.- Direct the budget policy, its monitoring in the departments and take corrective actions when necessary.- Carry out and present the reporting of results to the different stakeholders.- Carry out the economic financial, accounting and business evolution ratios analysis.- Assess financial risks and opportunities, develop risk management plan.- Reviewing financial results to devise solutions or improvements.- Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth.- Development and optimization of your department's processes.Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:- +5 years' experience in corporate finance, leading sophisticated corporate organizations with multiple subsidiaries and operating internationally in several currencies.- Experience on the digital or marketplace industry that manages physical products and must deal with stock management.- Experience in Audit firm and developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.- Proven strategic thinker and problem solver when it comes to competitive strategy, business models and resource allocation.- Skilled in strategic planning,budgeting and forecasting processes to lead teams in building complex models.- Netsuite ERP experience desired, ideally having participated in its deployment.- Fluent English.- Passion for the digital sector.- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/104173058/mh383-chief-financial-officer-barcelona/?utm_source=html#J-18808-Ljbffr
