The question is: are you ready to change the world with us?The roleYou will:Manage parking solutionManage seating plans and meeting roomsHelp with the admin work for the expansion plan & new officesOffice openings: bring the company image, standardisation of services (coffee, perks etc.)Provide services: business cards, office moves, external meeting rooms, co-works, cateringOversee and coordinate the administrative side of the departmentBe the first point of contact for any employee escalations and concernsOther responsibilitiesOffice management: organising food and drinks delivery, managing stationary, paperwork administration, overseeing cleaning and tidiness in the office, ensuring the smooth running of the office environment, coordinating office refurbishment, liaising with the landlord to solve building issuesManage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary and manage vendor relationships for office supplies (food, beverages, maintenance, repairs and renovation) in coordination with the Facilities managerDevelop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriatelyAssist with office layout planning and office moves
