ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute data migration strategies and plans in alignment with project requirementsExtract, transform, and load data from various sources using ETL toolsEnsure data quality and accuracy throughout the migration processCollaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issuesEnsure compliance with data governance policies and best practicesDocument data migration processes, including procedures and guidelinesConduct data migration testing and validation to assess performance and identify improvement opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldProven experience in data migration, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environmentStrong knowledge of ETL tools and methodologies, such as Informatica, Microsoft SSIS, or TalendProficiency in SQL and database administration (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing conceptsExperience working with large datasets and complex data structuresExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureEffective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations is a plus
