Your work-life opportunity: You will join the Global Operations team responsible to ensure q-commerce MFC's operate with the global standards and best practices worldwide.
You will see MFC's growing from scratch to achieve operational excellence.
Be a part of a team where you will: Analyze operational metrics for inbound and outbound activities.
Identify areas of improvement and define action plans with a strong level of detail.
Coordinate process implementation to guarantee snagless operations.
Audit progression and OKRs achievement.
Manage versatile projects at the same time, like implementing, reducing picker cost, and defining picking flows.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Analytics, Engineers, Local Team) and external teams (Suppliers, Software Developers) to create, coordinate and implement initiatives.
Work with internal teams to define requirements on operational working tools.
Define and communicate product requirements and specifications.
Maintain a prioritized product backlog in partnership with the technical team.
You have: 3+ years of experience in highly demanding positions (supply chain, operations, consulting, etc.)
2+ years managing large scale projects.
Strong analytical skills are a must.
Knowledge in SQL is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure, handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar.
Hands-on attitude, capable of spending hours and days on the ground.
Proactive and not reactive attitude, to get things done as quickly as possible and with independence.
Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves: Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.
Experience in retail.
