All the services provided by us take into consideration both economic and ecological concerns.Your Tasks:You are a specialist in technical building services (MEP) with expertise either in Electrical engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) or Plumbing. You thrive in a role that involves liaising with clients, project managers, and design teams, especially in acting as a crucial link between them all. As a Consultant, you are responsible for exciting assignments in the areas of Smart Building, BIM, Lean, and other innovative service areas.Your New Challenges:Combining a deep technical background in building services with a strong product sense and excellent communication skills to define, explain, and execute your vision.Supporting, leading, and developing concepts and solutions for new buildings and refurbishments, to create economic planning specifications or system planning.Holistically assessing electrical engineering or HVAC specialist planning in all design phases, identifying planning and interface gaps, and detecting optimization potentials.Leading and planning meetings and monitoring quality with state-of-the-art project management.Your Profile:Qualified to degree level in Building Technologies/Services, or a related field.At least 5 years working experience in a construction company, design office or project management company within the construction area, ideally with experience in leading teams.Excellent written communication skills, meaning the ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences in Spanish and English.Understanding complex technical solutions to break them down and identify next steps.Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented working method, in combination with good negotiation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
