If you're seeking a role where you can lead metrology, innovate, and optimize processes, we are looking for a Metrology Coordinator to join Draxton in Atxondo and contribute to the success of our projects.
In this role, you will: Main responsibilities: Lead and supervise the metrology team, assigning workloads based on project demands and Engineering priorities.
Ensure optimal condition and calibration of metrology equipment, updating the MSA across various measurement and analysis processes.
Collaborate on the development of new projects in Engineering, Production, and Quality, and participate in internal and external process/product audits.
Drive continuous improvement within the metrology department and in coordination with Engineering.
To be the ideal candidate, you'll need: A technical diploma, engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in management software and metrology techniques (technical drawing, CNC, contactless measurement).
Knowledge of foundry processes and client specifications, along with skills in team management and spatial awareness.
