Could you be the full-time Methods & Tools Industrial Quality Engineer in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll ensure the compliance of products and parts delivered by the ALSTOM facilities.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, etc.
), you'll be in charge of quality documentation, metrology activity workstation audit, APSYS measurement and much more.
You'll specifically take care of designing & digitalizing Industrial Quality Standards to support External Demerit at ZERO for Customer and improve Industrial Quality Performance with DpU (Defect per Unit), especially for Special Processes.
We'll look to you for: Manage Industrial Quality Methods & Tools activities: People if applicable, Process & Performance Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards (e.g.
Quality Control Plan) with industrial teams Ensure Detection improvement.
Thanks to innovation implementation linked to digital tools Develop Standard Quality Board Manage Quality activities related to digital tools (Quality Key User): GSI (Global Single Instance) & AOS (Advanced Operation System) Deliver Industrial Quality Standard Trainings Manage activity related to car history book (Traceability, configuration, …) Define Workstation audits planning, adherence & Build Improvement Plan at site level based on REX Accountable for MMD (Monitoring & Measuring Device) & Material testing activities (if applicable) according to QUA-PRO-006 Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items) All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
