We are seeking a skilled and experienced Methodology and Optimization Framework Lead to provide expert guidance and act as a methodology and optimization guardian.
Main responsibilities: Define IC&P methodology:Ensure that current IC&P methodology is properly cascaded to local teamsDrive improvement initiatives to further strengthen IC&P methodologyContribute to implementation of Thoughtful Risk-Taking principles in IC&P ways of workingReflect aligned assurance principles in IC&P methodologyPropose improvements/simplificationsProvide framework for Risk Assessment:Prepare, align, communicate and ensure execution of Global Risk Assessment in coordination with the accountablePrepare kick-off materials and train the network to support successful implementationOnly for transition period: coordinate annual Risk Assessment campaignProvide framework for annual control self-assessment (CSA):Drive scoping of annual control self-assessment and testing (non-SOX) campaignsPrepare, align, communicate and ensure execution of CSA planning in coordination with the accountablePrepare kick-off materials and train the network to support successful implementationClosely cooperate with IC&P Tools and Reporting Manager on creation of respective campaigns in tool InteractGet solid understanding of IC&P reporting tool Interact to propose simplificationsOnly for transition period: coordinate annual Risk Assessment campaignAnalyse results and progress monitoring:Analyse results of Internal Control Campaign at Sanofi levelCreate standard reporting to present results of internal control campaigns and risk assessmentClosely cooperate with IC&P Tools and Reporting Manager on creation of respective reports in Power BIGet solid understanding of IC&P reporting tool Interact to propose simplificationsDrive Optimization and continuous improvement projects:Lead in the E2E Risk Management projectLead optimization projects related to Internal Control Methodology (excluded SOX)Support SCAD (Standardization, Centralization, Automation and Data Analytics) initiativesSupport Communication and Awareness campaigns facilitating material related to IC&P Methodology and FrameworkAbout you Professional Experience: Communication / Internal Control / Internal Audit / Finance / Project Management
