Mergers And Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst

We are seeking a Strategic Analyst.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market and business analyses, identifying strategic opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and performance.Responsibilities:-Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.-Analyze internal and external data to support strategic decision-making processes.-Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management.-Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business performance data.-Monitor/a industry developments and economic indicators to inform strategic planning.-Assist in the development of long-term business strategies and plans.-Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights.REQUIREMENTS:-Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.-Experience in a strategic or analytical role within a corporate environment.-Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.-Experience with statistical analysis software (e.G., SAS, SPSS) and/or programming languages (e.G., Python, R).-Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.-Proficiency in English is required.-Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.-2 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field.-Desirable experience in business intelligence.OFFERED:-New creation position.-Workplace: Malaga.-Career plan in an expanding company#J-18808-Ljbffr
