Validate the right programs based on building blocks & trade menu
Assists store personnel in proper merchandising and cleanliness
Cascades and implements customer promotions in the assigned territories
Maintains a database of participants
Monitor the promotion performance of all participating customer
COMPETITOR CHECKING
Identifies competitor pricing, activities and promotions in the area
Monitors movement in stores
STRONG OWNER AND INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT
Develop and leverage relationships with influencers, store owners and store personnel in assigned stores and markets
Deliver regular visibility and client contact to ensure proper product placement
Distribute information regarding new promos, items and product quality to the respective store
Provides product training to store personnel
Implements Loyalty/Rewards programs for trade and consumers
Helps with the distribution of the giveaways and prizes
TRADE LEADS
Conduct daily field visits within the assigned territory to spot on new RTO
Identify areas for workshop opportunities, activations and new clubs
Segment outlets to follow correct DPMS tagging
AREA AND TRADE SELL OUT PERFORMANCE
Monitor and record monthly order performance
Probe for feedback
Check stocks availability and ensure stock replenishment
BOOKING AND SELLING
Serves as a promoter of the product within key retail partners' stores and providing merchandising assistance and maintenance
Alert supervisors for urgent orders
Follow-up servicing of the orders submitted
REPORTS GENERATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Accomplish daily/monthly template forms efficiently by providing accurate information on correct forms
Provide feedback to manager regarding to competitor activity, potential opportunities or store specific needs
Complete store report, complete with GPS stamp, timestamp and photos for each location visited
Provide complete database of customer to immediate supervisor
Emphasize TVP and support given tracks monthly performance
Flag immediately any concerns or issues raised during on-ground activities to immediate superiors. -Theft or loss of supplies- Customers' complaints about the product-Other matters that need attention by Operations Team
ADMINISTRATIVE
Maintains the secrecy of all Organizational Plans from competitors and non-related business
Follow prescribes call-times and working schedule based on the project needs
Prepare and submit accurate reports
