We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser / Demand Planner to be a key part of our Design and Buying team. As a Merchandiser / Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing merchandise plans to drive sales and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for trends. Close cooperation between the designer, buyers, and the planner is the key to success.The individual will also be responsible for forecasting and managing inventory levels for our seasonal collection and basic line. This includes analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stock levels, as well as cooperating closely with relevant departments such as Retail, E-Commerce, Sales, Back Office, and Logistics. You will also develop and improve the flow in terms of a constantly changing demand pattern.In this position, you willDevelop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment and pricing, and drive sales.Propose re-runner styles and new additions to the basic line as well as influence decisions to phase out products based on performance and market trends.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization and make recommendations for assortment adjustments as needed.Define collection structure based on the company vision, market and competition analysis, and retail & wholesale performance. Create the final product grid and follow closely in the development phase.Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to management.Develop end-of-season reports and provide insights based on performance and feedback from sales teams.
