Position: We are currently looking for a Merchandising Assistant to join the Product and Visual Merchandising team for a 1-year contract at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey) and reporting to the Product and Visual Merchandising Team. The Merchandising Assistant provides various support to Regional/Country Product and VM, contributing to the efficiency and optimal day-to-day operations of the Merchandising related activities. This is accomplished through the timely management of the operational duties, maintaining the relationship between stores,

supporting the overall VM activities for product animations and/or launches at store level as well as in regional events. Compilation of look-books and modularios and communication with supply chain to push special requests from stores. Re-stocking orders and deliveries, information collection and reporting of VM activities, control and follow-up of props competitor analysis reports.

Responsibilities: Support product animations, launches, and events - Maintain VM calendar including products launching calendars, events such as store openings, meetings, regional initiatives, etc.Support Area VMs on function responsibilities as needed to ensure that the priorities on the products are visible and respect the deadlines.Collect information and photos and consolidate reports to be shared with the Zone team, Mediterranean Regional partners, and stores.Support building presentations for Product training of the Retail teams.Additional projects as identified by Product Manager. Profile:Strong proficiency in computer systems, reporting, and programs. Data analysis (Excel) and good written communication (PPT, reports); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.Highly organized and rigorous.Agile individual able to work under pressure while handling multiple priorities.Self-starter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities, with strong organizational skills.Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with a strategic action-oriented vision.Trust & integrity; extremely service-oriented, with knowledge about fashion trends.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, continually changing environment.Strong communication skills and ability to easily connect with others.Fluent in Spanish & English; French is a plus.Graduated from Business School/University holding a Bachelor's degree.A previous experience of at least 6 months in a similar role is required, in operations, office management, and/or finance/business analysis.A previous experience in Retail is a plus.Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
