MEP Quantity Surveyor - Madrid, SpainExcellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join an international Project Management and Cost Consultancy.Location: Madrid, Spain (within radius of the airport)Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 basic + PackageLanguages: Fluent English & SpanishProject: New Data Centre CampusThe Role:Due to a new Data Centre award in Madrid, my client, an international consultancy operating across Europe is expanding their Spanish division.We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team in delivering a new Data Centre Campus project.
The team is made up of 4x commercial professionals and this role is focused on the MEP package of the build so you do need to have MEP contractual experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage cost planning, contract administration, and procurement processes.Oversee MEP-specific cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Liaise with the Leadership team to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.Provide accurate financial reporting and support decision-making.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the end-user client.Requirements:Langue skills fluent English and SpanishExperience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally within Data Centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of Spanish construction contracts and regulations.Ability to work within a fast-paced, complex project environment.PLEASE NOTESpanish is a must for this role.
