Your responsibilities:
Client Understanding: Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.Expert Support: Lead informational wellbeing activities for new hires. Support the Talent Acquisition department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project.Customer Satisfaction: Conduct individual and group sessions with employees. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience. Deliver crisis intervention services when required.
Your skills:
Language Proficiency: Very good knowledge of English language, written and verbal. Additional language skills are highly desirable.Experience: Have completed at least 3 years with clients and patients. Proficiency in conflict and crisis management. Proficient user of the common office software applications.Education: Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology.Professional Skills: Outstanding communication skills and high level of discretion and confidentiality. Comfortable to work independently and a strong team worker. Creative out of the box thinking and a high level of motivation.Eligibility: EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit is required. A certificate in clinical and health psychology or registration in this field is required. Flexibility to work in shifts.
