We are looking for a Memberships Associate to help us drive sales and operations at Norrsken House Barcelona. This role will play an integral part in building a thriving community of startups, investors, advisors, mentors, talent and other supporters within and around Norrsken House Barcelona and Norrsken Club. Areas of responsibility include (but not limited to):Member operations: Own the internal membership operations and administrative requirements to create a seamless journey for all new members. For existing members, you will lead communications and internal operations to support them as they make changes to their memberships and grow their teams. As someone who loves automating processes, you'll enjoy coming up with creative ways to make our systems more efficient.Event sales: Manage and review requests to rent spaces for low lift paid events at Norrsken (ex. Board meetings, small networking events, etc.), owning the communications and negotiation for these proposals and acting as the main account manager. You will work closely with the Events Associate and Operations Lead to plan the needs of these events and ensure their success for clients. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you:Have 1-2 years experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with technology or impact startups is not essential but a big plus.Have a background in sales, business development or business operations and are highly motivated to help clients find win-win solutions.Have a great eye for detail, and enjoy optimizing operational processes through automation and finding efficiencies.Are driven by teamwork and put the team's collective interests first.Are driven by Norrsken's impact mission and are committed to making the world a better place.Are an excellent communicator written & verbally in English & Spanish.
