Our Toledo location is a $3 million-dollar, 29,000 square foot gym filled with awesomeness, including: state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, large and small group fitness classes, Ride Studio, Personal Trainers, Fit 3D body scans, a Relax and Recover area with tanning, spray tanning, hydromassage, wellness pod, and so much more!Reports to:- ManagerRequirements:- Proficient reading and writing skills- Computer SkillsResponsibilities:Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the clubCheck in all members and guests in accordance with company proceduresGive all new guests a tour of the facilityFacilitate any messages on club software at member check-inAnswer phones in courteous, helpful, professional mannerCommunicate special events to members and guestsMaintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcomeFacilitate all member requests or forward to a managerMaintain professional disposition at all timesSell retail productsFacilitate payment of member services in accordance with company proceduresKnow club facility, services, and schedulesMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in all projects as delegated by club managementFollow all policies and procedures in the Employee HandbookOpening and closing dutiesMeetings:- Monthly Department Meetings/Employee TrainingCompensation: $10.00 - $11.25 per hourCrunch Fitness in Toledo is ready to take over the fitness industry while changing the lives of our members.
