Job Objective: Responsible for establishing and developing synergistic relationships with medical specialists' groups to expand research, advisory, and educational partnership opportunities in Theramex' women's health therapeutic areas (including Menopause, Contraception, Osteoporosis, Uterine fibroids) in the area assigned. Work in collaboration with the sales, marketing, market access, and regulatory teams and external stakeholders in the field and share your in-field insights with the internal stakeholders to drive the medical plan and brand plan. The final candidate must be positive, agile, constructive, and have an exemplary attitude with all healthcare professionals and be an ambassador for Theramex.
Main Responsibilities and Activities:
Providing scientific advice/expertise for all medical projects and activities.
Developing relationships with KOLs and drawing insights from external stakeholders.
Profiling KOLs, developing KOL engagement plans, collecting insights, identifying clinical investigators, communicating medical/scientific data, connecting internal and external stakeholders, providing conference support, supporting external stakeholder research activities, round table meetings, support advisory board meetings, and responding to medical information requests.
Supporting internal stakeholders on medical matters.
Providing training, supporting clinical research, and serving as a subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams.
Maintaining MSL expertise and disease expertise.
Remaining current on the latest scientific knowledge, competitors, clinical disease management, and patient management, maintaining knowledge of the TGA and PBS system.
Minimum Requirements (Experience and Education):
Medicine or health science, pharmacy, biotech, biology.
+2 years of experience demonstrating a career responsibility in clinical drug development or medical affairs.
Availability to travel.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Required Skills:
Strong scientific research, medical, or clinical background.
Expertise in the field of Women's Health is desired with a preference for menopause, contraception, uterine fibroids, and/or osteoporosis.
Knowledge of the methodology of clinical trials, scientific analysis techniques, and clinical statistics is a must.
Thorough understanding of the healthcare systems in Spain.
A clear understanding of the Spanish compliance system.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Project management skills.
