* Engage with senior leaders and steering committee members to ensure their goals and objectives are met while serving as the primary contact for internal clients' event needs, providing strategic thought partnership, operational expertise, and management experience for high-value, high-visibility events across all meeting formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid).

* Approach problems in a structured way, proactively identifying solutions and understanding their impact, bringing innovation and creativity to service delivery, always keeping an eye on efficiencies needed within the team. Document learnings and improvements for future events.
