Our mission is to bring the tradition of hospitality to the short-term rental market and provide peace of mind for our valued clients.We are looking to hire a freelance meet and greeter who can check our guests into our properties across Málaga and assist our Operations team on different on-ground tasks, such as picking up and delivering keys, property quality checks, opening the door for providers, and delivering items.The job requires the following:Fluent in English and Spanish.A presentable and friendly person, ideally with experience working in customer service/ hospitality.Willing to travel to homes in various locations around Málaga, own way of transportation.Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality.Able to explain how to use appliances and heating in the home.Able to work with tools like Slack and our own system (we will provide all the information and training needed).Able to troubleshoot appliances and heating/hot water if there are minor problems, with simple repair skills.Flexible working hours.
