About the RoleMajor Accountabilities Lead the scientific engagement with medical experts. Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries. Direct field medical activities in collaboration with multifunctional teams and advise other Field Medical associates.Engage with Medical Experts (MEs) to educate on medical/scientific information.Ensure appropriate identification/association of MEs/Key Accounts including identification of opportunities involving MEs when a medical need is identified, to provide support.Develop/execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically engage MEs in line with the country's strategy.Respond to unsolicited information requests from MEs.Assist in Novartis clinical research programs, optimize the execution of trials and provide educational support for study sites in collaboration with clinical operations.Facilitate the process of Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) upon request from a researcher.Provide expert training in the area of disease/product, serve as a medical resource to field colleagues, actively train/educate others.Notification of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours after receipt.Scientific background. Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or Life Sciences. MD or PhD/PharmD Desirable.Working experiences in Medical Affairs.At least 4 years of experience in the pharma industry.Experience in the Neuroscience Therapeutic area.Field Experience as an MSL.Strategic Experience as a Medical Lead.Languages: Local language: fluent written and spokenEnglish: fluent written and spokenBenefits and Rewards: Company Pension Plan, Life and Accidental Insurance, Meals Allowance or Canteen in the office, Flexible working hours.
