Location: Madrid Job Description: We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our team in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be a key resource in medical activities within the Fertility and Dermatology areas. Main Responsibilities: Provide high-quality medical and scientific information, establishing strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs). Develop and execute scientific engagement plans, supporting the development of KOLs and providing medical education to external customers. Ensure the diligent execution of planned medical activities, including advisory board meetings and regional training courses. Provide scientific and technical support to the field sales force, including training and non-promotional presentations. Maintain a high level of technical and scientific knowledge in therapeutic areas by reviewing scientific publications and updates on research. Collaborate with the Medical Affairs Manager to gather local research proposals and ensure their alignment with the organization's medical objectives. Complete necessary documentation to ensure knowledge preservation and utilize tools to develop and follow strategic measures. Comply with all relevant policies and procedures, as well as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations. Requirements: Degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields). At least 2 years of experience as an MSL in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in Fertility or Dermatology. Strong medical and scientific knowledge to operate at a peer level with KOLs. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to work in a collaborative and matrix environment, building effective relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
