The company has open positions of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Nephrology. MSL is a field-based scientific expert that strategically supports the medical and scientific objectives of products. This individual is a peer scientific expert who communicates accurate and applicable science to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within a geographic area.
It's a hybrid role: 50% of fieldwork and 50% of strategy work.

Requirements: Higher education in Medicine;
Experience in a company with original medicine or innovative products;
Strong personal initiative and functions well as part of a cross-functional team;
English at the professional level;
Experience in analyzing and searching for information on medical research, interpretation of scientific research, and statistical data;
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
Analytical mind;
Demonstrated expertise in discussing scientific content and context to a variety of audiences, presentation skills;
Ability to interact with and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally;
Ability to travel for business trips.
Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining peer-to-peer collaborations with key medical experts in the TA Area within the assigned region and becoming recognized as a consultant in the therapeutic area;
Identifying and executing collaboration opportunities between expert KOLs in Pulmonology, medical affairs, and clinical development, such as publications, investigator-initiated trials, regional advisory boards, training, and speaker development programs;
Serving as a scientific peer-to-peer resource for TA Area disease experts. Educating the medical community with up-to-date medical and scientific information and exhibiting robust disease expertise and product information;
Communicating experts' opinions and feedback on new data and clinical trends to Medical Affairs and translating this information into strategic recommendations to enhance science and advance patient care;
Responding to unsolicited medical information requests in the region, managing questions, liaising with headquarters to ensure a proper response has been provided and ensuring that data is fair and balanced;
Providing input into investigator-initiated research objectives and serving as a champion for proposals submitted. Serving as a point-person and conduit for respective projects;
Acting as MSL lead for clinical initiatives including site identification, trial recruitment, and presentation of medical/scientific background and approved data.
