We are looking for a Medical Lead Europe focused on Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) to join us in our Immunology Medical team, based in our HQ in Brussels, Belgium or in Germany, UK, France, or Spain.
About the role
The European Medical Lead Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) will provide medical and scientific expertise at the EU level, focusing on regional initiatives and launch activities across Europe. This role is key in executing the HS Launch plan with Global, Area, and Cross-Functional Teams. Working with the Medical Strategy Lead Dermatology, the Europe Medical Lead HS will review content, deliver scientific training, build a European Key Opinion Leaders network, and manage launch activities like educational plans and European Congress events.
Who you'll work with
You will be part of the HS Cross-Functional Team, collaborating with Marketing, Patient Engagement & Experience, Access, and Infrastructure teams. You will report to the EU Medical Strategy Lead Dermatology.
What you'll do
Contribute to planning and launch preparation for the HS compound, driving scientific engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Establish a network of HS and Dermatology thought leaders, engaging with international experts, societies, payers, and advocacy groups.
Provide scientific and medical expertise to inform strategic plans, championing scientific leadership and innovative solutions.
Engage with the Immunology Medical Affairs community and serve as a key member of the EU Cross-Functional HS Team and EU Strategic Operations.
Deliver scientific expertise internally and externally to drive key medical initiatives, address care gaps, and gather insights from field activities to improve patient management.
Partner internally and externally to expand the HS market through disease awareness, patient programs, and stakeholder education.

Master's degree required. Preferably a Ph.D., Pharm.D., or MD degree.
10+ years of substantial regional Medical Affairs experience within relevant therapeutic areas, with a focus on dermatology (clinical or pharmaceutical) and mandatory experience in Hidradenitis suppurativa.
Comprehensive expertise in clinical development, study management, and real-world evidence generation.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape, healthcare ecosystems, and effective implementation of governance activities.
Proven ability to build peer relationships, engage leaders, and serve as a medical expert.
Track record of contributing to medical/clinical development strategies and leading cross-business planning.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to travel across Europe.
