Job Description
Join our team as the Medical Innovation and Data Analytics Associate Director (MIDA) at our Spain location. As a crucial member of the Global Medical and Scientific Affairs (GMSA) team, you will report directly to the Director of Medical Services. You will be instrumental in driving the execution of our Medical Modernization Strategy and play a pivotal role in propelling our organization to new heights of innovation and competitiveness.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and implementing digital, data analytics, and GenAI foundational capabilities that will revolutionize our approach to healthcare. You will lead large-scale digital transformation strategies and data analytics innovative programs, connecting people, processes, data, technology, and solutions to bring meaningful value to healthcare professionals and patients.
Responsibilities and Primary Activities: Lead digital and data transformation strategy and implementationFocus areas: Digital solutions, GenAI, Data analytics, and automationIdentify and evaluate digital and GenAI strategies for a best-in-class digital Medical & Scientific Affairs organizationMap and prioritize data and digital partnersAdvocate for new & emerging technological capabilities, particularly Artificial IntelligenceAnalyze data trends and performance for enhanced decision-makingPartner with regional and global Medical & Scientific Affairs teams to adopt and share best practicesAct as the local point of contact for data-related initiatives and projects Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in health science, computer or data science, engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience with multinational-pharma companies or technology/consultation firms
Subject matter expertise in leading digital and data strategies within Medical Affairs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Your ability to work cross-functionally, influence and lead change, and navigate complex datasets will set you apart. If you have strong project and people management skills, excellent understanding of digital technology and GenAI, and the drive to identify and develop novel approaches to tackle daily tasks, we want to hear from you.
