They will assist in the growth of a medical information department in the service provider industry. Knowledge of pharmacovigilance is also an advantage.Responsible for handling medical information enquiries in English and Swedish.Responsible for pharmacovigilance activities, such as the initial intake of adverse events.Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers, including healthcare professionals and patients, and assist pharmaceutical clients' internal departments with queries as required.
