The Real-World Evidence organization's Medical Affairs Category team is seeking a Product Strategy Lead to take ownership of RWE offerings aligned with the Medical Affairs customer.
The products in our category include disease and product registries, natural history of disease, extension studies, external comparators, Cell and Gene therapy long term follow up studies, low interventional and pragmatic clinical trials, implementation science programs.
This replacement role will focus initially on supporting the category as a whole, developing later into specialization for specific offerings as our business continues to evolve.

This role has strong future development prospects; career path leading to senior sales support, thought leadership or operational management positions within and beyond RWE.Assigned to take ownership of developing client-centric products to ensure that IQVIA articulates differentiation and excellence, securing client projects and market leadership.
Utilizing market research, client and account team development and drawing on dedicated delivery teams, you will be expected to develop product market requirements, a product development roadmap with defined growth and margin targets as well as market-competitive product positioning.RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Education: Speak knowledgeably about the different offerings (After training): - Present educational and operational materials about the offerings internally and externally - Use case studies to help highlight IQVIAs differentiation and expertise in delivering these evidence generation programsProduct Definition: Perform Market Research to: - Identify key customer requirements in terms of product solution, quality, associated services and price (e.G.
deliverables/time/quality/cost) - Quantify demand and growth of the productProduct Positioning: Work with Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to develop: - A product-specific value proposition - Provide value-focused proposal language and pricing guidance to support customer engagement and proposal development teamsProduct Market Development: Work with global and regional account amp; business development teams to: - Profile and target customers whose pipeline and strategies will require the product and support account planning.
