Medical Advisor roleAs a medical advisor, your mission will be the implementation and management of all medical activities of products related to the cardiometabolic therapeutic area in accordance with current regulations and guidelines. You will be a trusted scientific partner for external experts and decision-makers, engaging in mutual scientific exchanges to accelerate data dissemination on best-in-class therapy in diabetes and dyslipidemia.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Supporting Medical Lead in establishing the Glocal Medical Plan and its implementation.Detecting clinical development opportunities regarding the therapeutic area.Keeping up to date with medical and scientific developments in Dyslipidemia/diabetes.Working with cross-functional teams to leverage an omnichannel approach in engagement with external experts.Gathering data and identifying insights from field interactions.Providing feedback to the cross-functional organization to enhance scientific messages.Coordinating requests for ISS, RCT, RWE, or others.Supporting Market Access team in driving the access strategy.Engaging with experts from key accounts to share scientific data and support best practices.Disseminating scientific information and developing scientific training for marketing and sales.Monitoring strategic publications and preparing summaries with key findings.Collecting competitor information for comparison with our product.About youExperience: Experience in medical department or medical positions.Experience in cardiovascular/diabetes therapeutic area preferred.Experience in academia/research environment highly preferred.Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication.Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple responsibilities.Agile learner comfortable in complex environments.Ability to foster a culture that enables a "Playing to Win" mindset.Technical skills: Understanding of medical practice and healthcare systems related to high CV risk patients.Ability to leverage an omnichannel approach in external expert engagement.Ability to interpret scientific data and translate it for educational needs.Understanding of Health Economics to support Market Access discussions.Education: Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (MD, PhD, Pharm D) preferred.
Languages: Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
