Key duties include: Communication Strategy Execution: Implement communication strategies to enhance the institution's visibility and reputation. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets. Content Creation: Develop compelling content and special actions to engage the target audience. Impact Monitoring: Track and analyze media impact to ensure alignment with the institution's goals. Special Initiatives: Generate and execute special actions tailored to the institution's objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping the institution's public image and ensuring consistent and impactful media engagement.Your Main ResponsabilitiesContent curation and copywriting: Ability to detect communication opportunities, execute projects from conception to realisation, measure impact, and generate synergies with different stakeholders to reinforce Esade's strategic messaging. Develop new angles and produce engaging stories, journalistic videos, articles, Op-Eds, and press releases. Focus on writing, editing, and updating web content, blogs and other digital content to improve organic search and drive user engagement. Work with our creative team to develop high quality visual content such as infographics and data visualizations. Work closely with different units and departments to suggest content calendars and receive approval on topics and publishing schedules. Regularly attend events and create content to be used to raise the profile of Esade's initiatives. Coverage of specialised forums, seminars and conferences organised by Esade. Media relations: Address enquiries from media and other parties, coordinating internally to provide timely and valuable responses. Coordinate interviews, meetings and press conferences with major media outlets in the institution's top-priority international markets. Disseminate and create awareness on Esade's knowledge and research through press releases, Op-Eds, and other media-focused pieces; conduct outreach to national and international media, including by pitching ideas for stories, interviews, articles, etc
