JOB TITLE: MEDIA PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS
Background in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Multimedia Arts related would be an advantage.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility in managing assigned tasks and duties effectively.
Proactively takes initiative and exhibits resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures the orderly, safe, and secure storage of all equipment, tools, devices, supplies, and related items used for film production business operations.
Follow specific guidelines, standards, and instructions as provided by the filmmaker/owner.
Conduct inventory checks and perform basic maintenance on all equipment and supplies.
Adhere to guidelines and standards to ensure operational readiness and the delivery of high-quality work and services.
Assist and accompany the filmmaker/owner as needed to support his work, including physically handling and securing his valuable equipment and tools during travels and other work consistent with providing quality service and products to clients. This may involve out-of-town travel, overnight stays, and weekend work, depending on project requirements.
Carry out other tasks or errands as requested by the filmmaker/owner or assigned by Management or HR.
Provide help & support to other aspects of Pinnacle SSUI's day-to-day operations, particularly when not engaged in film-making projects, and assist other Pinnacle SSUI personnel as may be needed.
