Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager , you will be part of the Client Service Management team providing service to several clients from different industries such as FMCG, health, fashion, among others.The selected person will be responsible for managing the daily relationship with the client about the implementation of strategy and planning of advertising spaces and actions.Your role will therefore be to oversee all ongoing client projects at the agency and coordinate with other internal teams and departments including Media, Strategy Planning, Creative, Content or any additional specialist teams or external suppliers.Building strong relationships with clients and other external partners is an important part of this role as well as the capability to fit in quickly and work well in collaborative environments.You will report to an Account Director who will be the lead on the account or business, but your role will be to drive together the advancement of projects and campaigns.You would manage a team of Account Executives to support you on the execution side of things.How you'd spend your day :Your day will be very dynamic, performing tasks such as :Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing / media team.Being a point and go-to person for knowledge on the client / brand.Successfully managing a team of Account Executives.People-first attitude with a big smile and the ability to know how to prioritize requests / processes.Performing an interaction role between clients, internal departments, and outside agents.Participate in both the development and monitoring of strategies per the client, company, and innovation objectives.Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and coordinating production and delivery of 360º media activations.Managing and being responsible for the advancement and success of multiple media campaigns.Preparing and organizing client progress meetings and presentations.Carrying out Business reviews.QualificationsBachelor's Degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Management or Economics, or around 3-4 years of experience managing clients, meaning you will show a clear client orientation.At least 2-3 years of working experience with client orientation within media campaign workflow.Effective time management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.Good knowledge of digital communication environment.Good people and communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.Strong problem-solving skills.Growth mindset and open to new ideas and change.We think you're our perfect match if you :Are proficient in English (B2 or higher).High level of Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Own previous experience as a Media Planner.Have a high level of interest and passion for Marketing and brand communications.If you have noticed how many times the word or derivatives of "manager" appear in the offer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
