Acting as root cause analysis specialist, you will be responsible to maintain and improve the highest level of availability of our machines to supply quality products to our customers. You will ensure the mechanical stability and reliability of the equipment by planning and supervising preventive maintenance, analyzing breakdowns, and finding the best solutions to avoid them. You will support the production team when having mechanical issues and bring sustainable and efficient improvements. What You Will Do: Bring your technical expertise in line with the different production steps to the company;Support and coach the production team on problem-solving and finding solutions;Actively support continuous improvement activities and projects;Work with high technology equipment and processes;Ensure machines' predictability and reliability;Maintain a high level of safety and quality on all machines;Act as a mechanical key resource for the production team;Use manufacturing excellence tools to improve current standards and develop best practices to solve recurrent issues on our equipment;Ensure proper knowledge transfer to the production and maintenance team by using optimal training methods and standards;Plan, develop, and execute all mechanical changes or improvements properly;Plan, organize, lead, and control preventive maintenance activities to optimize tasks executed in the planned time;Act as the mechanical technical leader and coach within the operations team;Be part of the technical engineering team;Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automated Production, or related field;2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing (internship included);Skills in CAD and knowledge of Solid Edge software (or other similar);English knowledge will be valuable (both verbal and written);Excellent skills in planning, organizing, communication, and decision-making;Analytical thinking and ability to work on multiple activities;What we can offer you: At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose.
