The role will focus on developing an automated system to manage new leads, create SMS questionnaires, capture patient data in a HIPAA-compliant manner, and facilitate the transfer of key demographic data to hospitals for scheduling appointments.Key Responsibilities:Automated System Development: Design and implement an automated system to handle incoming leads from patients interested in clinical trials.SMS Questionnaire Creation: Develop automated SMS-based questionnaires to gather essential patient information efficiently.Data Capture: Ensure that all patient data is captured securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Data Transfer: Establish processes for transferring key demographic data to partnering hospitals to schedule appointments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to align automation initiatives with company goals.Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to various aspects of the project.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience with HIPAA compliance and a solid understanding of patient privacy and data security.Technical proficiency in Webflow, Zapier, and Airtable (if HIPAA compliant).Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and develop effective solutions within automation systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation or related roles, preferably within healthcare or clinical trial settings.Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and data integration processes is a plus.Nice-to-Haves:Experience with Graphic Design.Experience with Social Media ManagementWhy Join Us?This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient access to clinical trials.
