Mechanical Project Manager F/M

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors.

As Mechanical Project Manager (F/M), you join our Spanish Datacenter team in order to oversee projects from design to delivery. Working on a design and build projects for Datacenters, your main missions are:
Coordinating the design of the technical solution
Writing technical specifications and accompanying building modelling
Construction management of the HVAC field with the supervision of our subcontractors
Client's privileged interlocutor, you are responsible for the technical and financial aspect of your field.
ProfileMechanical engineer you have a minimum of 5 years of experience onindustrial building projects with high added technical value.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
