A Snapshot of Your Day A typical day will involve driving various mechanical tasks and activities during the maintenance of large gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators in different countries.
You will be part of a team that guarantees reliable performance and dependability of our equipment, always following strict safety and quality standards.
Main Tasks Perform hands-on mechanical works during the maintenance and installation of gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to successfully implement solutions.
Collaborate with international and multi-culturally diverse teams to determine and complete tasks efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Document and report on maintenance activities and findings.
Offer technical support and mentorship to customers and team members.
Be ready to be mobilized at short notice for urgent maintenance needs.
Requirements Proven experience working as a hands-on mechanical technician.
Specific experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, or generators will be highly valuable.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings and communicate effectively.
Ability to read, understand, and work with complex engineering drawings.
Willingness to travel and work worldwide under a flexible working regime.
Preparedness to work for extended periods away from home.
Great teammate with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in diverse environments.
