Mechanical Bim Modeler (Pf-433)

We are currently seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler with a strong background in HVAC Design to join our engineering team in Madrid.
Your main missions are:

BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM tools.Electrical Design: Collaborate with engineers and designers to create detailed designs for mechanical installations.Documentation: Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.Work closely with other disciplines (Electrical, CSA…) to ensure model consistency and clash resolution.With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, BIM Management or a related field, you have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC design and BIM modeling.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
