Today, Griffith Foods Europe has a vacancy for a talented Food Technologist with experience in functional seasonings for meat & poultry at our site in Tarragona, Spain.
Your Role: Support the R&D activities and responsibilities that will contribute to the growth of our product range and customer base.Support the development of new products for our targeted customers.Act as the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe.Develop presentations, organize and execute workshops, and train the customer showing our products in applications & marketable formats, in cooperation with sales and marketing.Create innovative seasoning & coating systems for protein-based substrates.Develop winning products for meat and poultry.Look actively for innovative raw materials and systems.Conduct raw material evaluations.Your Profile: Master in Food Science or Technology or equivalent by proven experience.Experience in development and application of functional seasonings for meat & poultry.Experience in meat processing.Language skills: fluent in Spanish and English.Computer skills: MS Office.Project Management skills.Culinary experience is a plus.You Are: Passionate about food.Strong team player AND able to work independently on product development projects.Self-confident and enthusiastic in presenting product concepts to customers.Passion for success with strong focus on getting things done well.Creative, efficient, and well-organized.Flexible and willing to travel within Europe to support our customers with the application of our products in their factories.Working at Griffith Foods:
