With reference shareholders such as Bpifrance and Andera Partners (Edmond de Rothschild) and offices in Monaco, Milan, Paris, Shanghai, and Barcelona.The Platinium Group's mission is to help make any Event of our Clients a success by maximizing the number of sales and offering its ticket buyers the best experience available globally.ResponsibilitiesGuarantee the success and satisfaction of our Clients in the use of BeTIX.Encourage Client commitment and add value to improve their business.Be the "Client's advocate" within PG, understanding their organization and needs.Dialogue with our Client portfolio and align with the Customer Service Lead, Product Owner, and General Management.Establish a relationship of trust with our Clients and strategically position our portfolio of solutions and services.Facilitate interactions with the Client portfolio through routines such as weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.Be the first point of contact for new requests, ensuring coordination with the rest of the team and keeping the client informed.AptitudesExperience in managing business relationships with large accounts, preferably in roles such as Client Services Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar.Experience in sales of SaaS services, with a strong understanding of Client needs.Fluent in English & Spanish, both spoken and written.What we offerBeing part of an international team with a solid, exciting, innovative, and sustainable product.An unbeatable work environment, focused on objectives but informal.Real possibility of promotion based on the values you bring us.Office in Paseo de Gracia, in the heart of Barcelona.Flexible hours possible.An indefinite contract with competitive compensation and Ticket Restaurant support post-trial period.Job TypesFull-time, PermanentWork LocationHybrid remote in 08002 Barcelona, Barcelona.
