Job description: As the IT Junior Project Manager & Application Engineer for Southern Europe, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal performance of applications while defining new objectives and driving continuous improvements based on business needs.
You will manage application-related issues across cinemas and offices, while also leading and coordinating application projects in collaboration with business users and suppliers.
Your tasks: Application Management: Ensure smooth operation, incident management, and enhancement of custom applications across the Southern Region.Project Management: Address business and technological demands by delivering aligned and prioritized solutions.
Manage full project life cycles: planning, execution, risk tracking, and closure to meet goals within scope, budget, and deadlines.
Coordinate resources and vendors for flawless project delivery.
Standardize and automate testing processes using group methodologies.Support Southern Europe Projects: Facilitate cross-divisional communication and manage communication for project execution and collaboration.Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience in identifying and efficiently resolving support issues.Proven experience in project leadership, with expertise in managing full project life cycles.Proven experience in documenting technical issues and creating comprehensive manuals to provide clear, step-by-step guidance for users and support teams.Strong technical knowledge of application management and project methodologies.Excellent storytelling, argument-building, and presentation skills for effectively communicating with senior leadership.Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience delivering clear and impactful presentations.Experience in agile methodologies, application development, or related fields is preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are a plus.Your benefits: Flexible working hours with the Hybrid working model (Office and Smartworking).Personalized career development opportunities with trainings and support.A team with a lot of fun in a relaxed working atmosphere.Monthly free cinema tickets - invite family and friends to spend an evening at the cinema.Exclusive blockbuster-style previews for UCI team members.Discounts on crunchy popcorn and refreshing drinks at the cinema.Fresh fruit, great selection of drinks and food vouchers and much more....Join Us!
